Mike Jackson is a highly experienced hotel performance specialist with over 30 years of leadership across internationally branded 3, 4, and 5-star hotels.

A former Quality Consultant for InterContinental Hotels Group, he has conducted brand standards assessments and supported operational compliance across multiple properties, giving him a deep understanding of both brand expectations and on-the-ground hotel operations.

During his career, Mike has held senior roles including Regional Director and Cluster General Manager, overseeing portfolios of up to 11 hotels and 2,500 rooms. He has consistently delivered strong financial performance, improved guest satisfaction scores, and driven operational excellence across diverse hospitality environments.

Today, through Mike Jackson Hotel Performance Advisory, he works with hotel owners and management teams to provide independent inspections and practical, results-driven advisory focused on improving performance, strengthening compliance, and elevating the guest experience.
